This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our company SHUBHECHHA DESIGNING AND MARKETING for product brand name ECOGREET®. You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Terms & Conditions:
• Every production batch of our product are semi automatic and manual. Our product are made from locally available good quality raw material and naturally cured giving them accurate shape and size, with good quality printing finish, proper strength (which may vary) overall performance and quality of the product are suitable for indoor use only.
• Kindly note our products are made from paper & paper board which are suitable for indoor use. Please keep away product from direct contact of Moisture, Sun Light and Fire.
• Please note that, manual made products are subjected to too many variables and sometimes its highly impossible to recreate a colour, design & texture.
• All prices published on the website are in Indian rupees. Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description, but please do remember that manual made items are not mass-produced and therefore slight variables in design, strength and colour are always possible. It is not binding on us that, If we run offers/discounts on an individual product, these discount codes are not applicable to other product/s on the website.
• When you place an order we’ll need your name, address, e-mail address, credit / debit card number and card expiry date. For your security, we don’t store your credit / debit card details.
This information is processed securely by Razorpay. Razorpay encrypts data sent to and from us and our customers using the HTTPS protocol.
• When your request has been processed we’ll notify you of receipt of your order and you’ll be able to check if all the details are correct. When your order is ready and has been dispatched
we’ll let you know via email. It’s useful to have a contact telephone number so that we can quickly reach you if we need to discuss your order. Some couriers also require customer’s telephone numbers.
• We take your personal privacy very seriously and will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you unless approved by you or unless we are required to do so by law.
• We use SSL encryption technology, which is a secure system that protects your personal information when you enter potentially sensitive details on the site.
• For any fraudulent transactions, we cannot accept responsibility for other sites once customers have left www.ecogreet.com page.
• Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of despatch. Payment is made using our online payment facility and you can pay by credit / debit card, UPI or Bank transfers.
Shipping Policy:
• The total cost of your order is the PRICE INCLUDING DELIVERY CHARGES of the products. The shipping charges for the ordered destination will be at actual cost born by customer end. If any difficulty occurs at our end to process shipping we will be contacting you on the given contact details by you.
• Our website checkout is yet to be customised for international shipping. Please connect with us on our contact details like phone/email/WhatsApp to know how we can help you with International shipping.
• Due to the on going global pandemic of COVID-19, natural floods & heavy rains, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery for the shipped order due to the shipping providers fault.
• To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address and possess a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.
• Estimated delivery times are given for each product, can range from 8-12 days. We all work very hard to meet the delivery times quoted on our site and aim to be as quick as possible,especially if something is needed for a gift. Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates and postal services aren’t always as reliable as we’d like them to be!
• If you need something by a given date and are unable to communicate this via our site please do contact us via email or telephone and we will do our best to help you.
• Unfortunately we cannot fulfil any obligations if the product you ordered becomes out of stock.
Return Policy:
1. Products can only be returned to us for credit within 7 days from invoice date even if we are at fault, so it is imperative you check your goods upon delivery.
2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Returned products can only be credited at the value equivalent to the current market value of the products, less shipping costs (if any).
4. Any goods that have been written on or defaced in any way will not be eligible for return.
5. If you need to exchange or return an item, send us an email at ecogreet@gmail.com and a company representative will be in touch with you within 2/3 working days.
6. If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. You will be advised of the address to send your returned item(s) when you are contacted by a company representative. Do not send your item(s) back to a location which has not been pre-agreed, or you will not be eligible for a return or an exchange.
8. Please note that all products are moisture & heat sensitive. These products should not be left outdoors. We will not accept responsibility should these products be damaged due to heat exposure & moisture exposure.
9. Our 100% quality OK checked Product packed inside shipping box got damaged in transit then there will be no replacement of product or refund . Our products are 100% checked for manufacturing defect too. Product found with manufacturing defect inside shipper will be replaced or refunded subject to our verification. Product Quality and Quantity nos. will be recorded and registered at our end before shipping. Product quantity are checked while packing in shipper box before delivery. Please Note Product with 100% quality OK and only non damaged product and non damaged shipper box will be handover to reputed shipping or courier agency for delivery
10. Due to the ongoing global pandemic of COVID-19, natural floods & heavy rains, we are keeping a strict NO CANCELLATION , NO RETURNS , NO REFUNDS policy. All disputes are subjected to Ichalkaranji Jurisdiction, Maharashtra, India.
11. We reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return for all purchases
